Yasemin Tümer is an angel investor and ecosystem builder focused on increasing women’s participation in early-stage investing. After an international career as Partner at KPMG Consulting and Managing Director at Atos, she moved into angel investing via The NextWomen CrowdFund. She founded The Angel Initiative (2022) and The Female Initiative (2025), building communities that strengthen access to capital for female founders. She also serves on several supervisory boards, including EY Netherlands.
