Jwana Godinho is co-founder of Access Lab, a startup focused on disability inclusion in society, and founder of It's About Impact, working on inclusion through the arts. Since 2017 her career has centred on Social Impact, including bringing the UN's Social Good Summit to Portugal. In 2021 she coordinated cultural programming for the Portuguese Presidency of the EU Council. Before that, she built a career in the music industry as label manager at EMI in Portugal and London, and as artist booker for festivals including Super Bock Super Rock, Meo Sudoeste and Cool Jazz.
