Joao Mil-Homens is the Innovation & Sustainability Director at Jose de Mello Capital where he is responsible for Grow, a platform that connects entrepreneurs with companies of the Jose de Mello Group. Formerly he was the executive director of SingularityU Portugal, he worked with the National Foundation for Science and Technology and the National Innovation Agency, he was an adjunct professor at University of Algarve. He has a background in Environmental Engineering from NOVA-FCT and holds a PhD in Planning, Governance and Globalization from Virginia Tech.
