With over a decade of experience across corporate strategy, M&A, business development and innovation within the Mota‑Engil Group, Francisco currently heads the VC Investments and Venture Building activities at MEXT, the innovation arm of Mota‑Engil, where the Group is investing in startups that bring strategic solutions and innovative business models, while also creating and scaling new ventures internally, aiming to unlock new value propositions and revenue streams for the future.
