Andre de Almeida Santos is a specialist in Responsible Investment and Leadership with a diversified career of more than 25 years across the private sector, development finance institutions and academia. Currently is a Partner at Indico Capital leading an early-stage impact VC fund for Oceans. He served during a decade with the African Development Bank working for poverty reduction across Africa. Andre was also a Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School and is part of BMW Foundation Responsible leaders network, extending beyond its investment work into the Inner Development Goals initiative.
