Ana began her career in wastewater management in Portugal, later joining the Oil & Gas industry in Angola, working with global companies such as BP, KBR and Subsea 7, leading projects focused on operational sustainability and environmental innovation. Back in Portugal, she founded Baseville, a sustainable fashion brand, and co-founded Fashion Catalyst. She is now part of Beta-i’s leadership, driving innovation ecosystems with impact across corporates, public sector and startups.
