André Costa Magalhães is General Director of ANJE – the Portuguese National Association of Young Entrepreneurs. With extensive experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship and regional development, André has held leadership roles across public institutions and innovation organizations. He previously served as City Councillor for Economic Development, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Amarante. At ANJE, he leads initiatives focused on empowering new business leaders and strengthening Portugal’s innovation ecosystem.
