Carlos Bhatt is Head of Innovation Management at CTT – Portugal Post, where he leads the Group's innovation agenda, corporate venture capital fund (1520 Innovation Fund), partnerships with universities and startups, and European R&D-funded projects. He is also the Chairman of PostEurop's Innovation Forum. Previously, he led innovation at Grupo Manuel Champalimaud, Grupo Nabeiro / Delta Cafés, and Portugal Telecom. A civil engineer with a PhD from Instituto Superior Técnico and INSEAD's Management Acceleration Programme, he bridges academia, technology, and the corporate world.
