Raquel Santos is the Head of Academy at Sword Health, where she leads the strategy and growth of Academy, Sword's health education layer. Previously, Raquel spent several years in the startup ecosystem: founding her own startup, serving as COO at Build Up Labs, and directing Startup Grind Lisbon, where she supported over 150 early-stage startups through mentorship and community building. Raquel has a background in management, having specialized in strategy & entrepreneurship at Católica Lisbon.
