Gil Azevedo is the Executive Director of Unicorn Factory Lisboa, a leading European innovation hub focused on scaling startups and scaleups and attracting international tech companies to Lisbon. He played a central role in its creation and in positioning Lisbon as a global tech destination, fostering strong connections between startups, investors, corporates, and the broader innovation ecosystem. He previously served as SVP at Emirates NBD Group, where he oversaw Digital, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Experience units, and prior to that, he spent over a decade as a consultant at McKinsey.
