Joana is a biomedical engineer turned repeat founder. She co-founded Clynx Health, a digital physiotherapy startup launched in 2018, as CEO. Since 2024, she has mentored early-stage founders and is a Founding Advisor at Lampsy Health, a startup disrupting epilepsy monitoring, where she now serves as fractional Chief Growth Officer. She recently launched Letri, a Portuguese-language word game app. She is also a startup scout and investor through AngelsWay. Founder Award by PWiT (2021), Europe’s Top 100 women in startups and VC (2026). Currently building her next venture in stealth.
