Heather is Project Manager for NATO’s Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA), a dual-use accelerator aimed at boosting the security and resilience of the NATO alliance. She works alongside NATO DIANA's 150+ innovators and NATO nations to support them in translating innovations into cutting edge defence capabilities. Previously, Heather has led numerous public sector innovation and transformation projects across Europe and beyond.
