Pedro Carlos is an experienced operator and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across telecommunications, operations, and company building. He is currently a Partner at Shilling, focusing on investing in and supporting innovative tech companies. Before joining Shilling, Pedro founded IP, the largest private ISP in Portugal, launched the main challenger in fixed telecoms at Sonaecom, and, as a business angel, invested in multiple ventures across technology, logistics and consumer sectors. He holds a degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST).
