Mary McKenna is an Irish exited serial tech entrepreneur and angel investor who works extensively with early stage and scaling ventures across the European ecosystem and has personally invested in 40 or so early stage tech startups to date. In 2023, along with 3 other women, she co-founded Ireland’s first and only women-led angel syndicate, AwakenAngels. Mary is an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Oxford and Ulster University and she was both the European Female Business Angel of the Year and the UK Business Angels Association UK Angel of the Year in 2023/24.
