Cristina Fonseca co-founded Talkdesk in 2011, raising $500M for its cloud-native Call Center solution. She is now an investor and board member at various companies and is a general partner at Índico Capital Partners. In 2018, she co-founded Cleverly.ai, an AI automation startup acquired by Zendesk in 2021, she currently serves as Vice President of Product. Recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2021, Cristina holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications from IST and serves on Galp’s Board of Directors and Sustainability Committee.
